This Japanese reference turntable combines an air bearing, vacuum LP hold-down and a massive 29 kg gunmetal plateau into a platform with exceptional tranquility, stability and natural dynamics. The Premium S version also features the improved suspension feet of TechDAS, developed for even better vibration insulation and a quieter background.

 

This version is equipped with the legendary Graham Phantom Elite III 10 inch tone arm (€17,100,-) The Phantom Elite III is a magnetically stabilized unipivot arm with Graham's patented Magneglide system, designed for maximum tracking precision, stability and musicality. The combination with the TechDAS is an exceptionally coherent analogue platform in which timing, focus and texture remain fully intact.

The Air Force III Premium S uses a virtually frictionless air bearing that literally turns the heavy plateau on air. In combination with the vacuum system, the plate is perfectly drawn flat against the plateau, which minimizes resonances and optimises reading of the groove. The result is an extremely low noise floor, phenomenal microdynamics and an impressive stable stereo image.
