Audio Note Meishu

The master of Audio Note, the Meishu.

This Meishu is about 20 years old, but in good condition and plays great. In 2015, the amplifier was fully measured and the 300B tubes were replaced. Some improvements have also been made, such as a high-quality on/off switch, silver soldering of the circuit board, tubes replaced by NOS and improved parts such as 4 new cathode decoupling capacitors: Cerafine 470 uF/25 Black gate. In 2022 the amplifier has been fully measured again and the tube feet for the 300Bubbles have been replaced and improved. Some resistances have been replaced by tantalum resistors. Audionote places the Meishu on their level 3. With the improvements that have been made, this Meishu is definitely level 4, possibly higher. Current tube occupancy:

• 1 x NOS 5V4G - General Electric rectifier (replaced end 2017)
• 2 x NOS (1961) 6X4 - Tungsten rectifiers
• 2 x NOS (1945) 6SN7-GT-VT231-General Electric
• 2 x Shuguang Treasure Black Anode 300B-Z

Now offered with new same end tubes (€400,-) again. He didn't have enough power for the previous client.
